New Feature Alert: Email Analytics

Understand the impact and efficiency of your email campaigns faster and with greater clarity. We’ve implemented new email analytics and insights.
To access:
Login to your admin dashboard.
In the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click “Email Insights” (currently at the bottom of navigation, but improved organization of navigation links is coming soon).
When the page loads, it will display the past 30 days of insights by default. This can be adjusted using the data range fields.
Place your cursor over any given date or line on the graph to open the pop-up, which will display detailed statistics for that day.
5. The “Day”, “Week” and “Month” buttons will change the display of the data, and will not affect the start/end date range. For example, if you are viewing a month’s worth of data and select “Week”, it will display the cumulative data for each week of the month. Selecting “Day” will provide the most detailed analysis.
6. The “Download” and “Email Insights” will allow you to share the data that you are viewing. If you choose a date range of June 1 to July 1 and click “Download”, you will download a PDF with the data from that date range only.
7. The lower portion of the screen displays basic analytics since the launch of this feature.
