New Feature Alert: Auto-Reply to Incoming Text (Long-Code)

Now available!

You can now set up an optional auto-reply to inbound text messages sent to your studio request line (long-code). On-air talent or producers in the studio can toggle on/off and adjust the message as-needed.

Got a sponsor for your studio text line? Give them a mention every time a listener texts your studio line.

Running a keyword contest on the text line? Give them an auto-reply with more detail. When using it for contesting, be sure to turn it off or change the messaging at the conclusion of the contest!

How to Access:

 
  1. Login to your admin dashboard.

  2. In the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click “Texts”.

  3. Near the top of the screen, just below the date range filters, you’ll see “Auto Reply Text”. Enter the messaging in the text field. Be concise!

  4. To enable the auto-reply, click the “Enable” check-box. Activation is immediate.

  5. To disable the auto-reply, uncheck the “Enable” check-box. Deactivation is immediate.
