New Pre-Sale Announcement

  • Create a slider banner with the pre-sale code, and a click-through URL to the point-of-sale. 

  • Schedule the start time and end time of the banner.

  • Alert your database and listeners. A couple of points and questions to consider:

    • Compose an email to alert your members. Should this email go to the entire database? Should this email go to a segmented group of members that you know love this artist, based on the ratings they’ve submitted? Target the appropriate audience, as this helps with your database RETENTION.

    • Do NOT include the pre-sale passcode in the email! You want to give the listener a reason to log-in to their profile. TRAIN your listeners to expect this every time.

    • Use other methods of alerting listeners about the pre-sale to RECRUIT. “If you join, you can get the pre-sale code”. Post on social media, mention on-air, etc, but again, do NOT give them the pre-sale code. They must login to get this.

    • When messaging, consider whether there are other related components? Do you have auction or prize pool premiums related to this artist? If so, promote them.
