New Pre-Sale Announcement
Create a slider banner with the pre-sale code, and a click-through URL to the point-of-sale.
Schedule the start time and end time of the banner.
Alert your database and listeners. A couple of points and questions to consider:
Compose an email to alert your members. Should this email go to the entire database? Should this email go to a segmented group of members that you know love this artist, based on the ratings they’ve submitted? Target the appropriate audience, as this helps with your database RETENTION.
Do NOT include the pre-sale passcode in the email! You want to give the listener a reason to log-in to their profile. TRAIN your listeners to expect this every time.
Use other methods of alerting listeners about the pre-sale to RECRUIT. “If you join, you can get the pre-sale code”. Post on social media, mention on-air, etc, but again, do NOT give them the pre-sale code. They must login to get this.
When messaging, consider whether there are other related components? Do you have auction or prize pool premiums related to this artist? If so, promote them.
